About
Healthcare-Led Pilates in Lebanon: Our Story
The Attic began with a simple conviction: clinical care should make movement more possible, and movement should continue the work that rehabilitation begins.

A space between treatment and everyday life, healthcare-led Pilates in Lebanon.
People often move between disconnected worlds. They receive treatment in one place, exercise in another, and seek wellbeing somewhere else. Information is lost, confidence can drop, and the next step becomes unclear.
The Attic brings those pathways together. Physiotherapy can progress into Private Pilates. Functional Training can rebuild the demands of life or sport. Nutrition, bodywork and Mental Health Therapies can be added when they serve the person's wider goals.

What integrative means here
Integrative does not mean that everyone needs every service. It means the right expertise is close enough to communicate, and the person has a clear route between clinical care, movement and wellbeing when that connection is useful.
